In April 2025, Y.O.F intervened to settle unpaid medical expenses for an indigent patient at Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital (EKSUTH).
The foundation covered the full bill and also provided funds to support the patient’s recovery and medication.
Hospital staff noted how this gesture brings dignity and hope to vulnerable individuals.
“More than medicine—it was a lifeline,” one nurse commented.
This aligns deeply with the foundation’s mission statement and Objective #3, ensuring the well-being of underserved citizens through impactful healthcare support.
